Do any of the GM's actually play there own game they made guild wars? Or has the GM's never stepped foot into the game to meet the community of guild wars?. So is there any records of players seeing and Gm's playing guildwars?

There not Game Master's in this game...Gaile Gray (Community Relations Manager I think) quite frequently visits and talks to the Community of Guild Wars in Lion's Arch and gets feedback, comments, general talks and ideas/suggestions.

The employees do play, but as you can probably imagine, they keep their IG identities a pretty closely guarded secret, otherwise they'd be constantly spammed during tombs matches, etc. If you look at the current ladder you'll notice a link to a list of guilds that aren't allowed to compete, those guilds contain ANet employees and/or family members.

They do play, but their game account names arn't broadcast or widely known as they would have whispers every second asking questions, or get mobbed everytime they got to town.

if you mean a moderator/admin than the answer is yes.

several people have been in the middle of rule breaking and been kicked for a temp ban on the spot.

the most recent was a jerk who was called on it (mods use green chat color) and was told to tone down his language.

he told the mod in very rude language that he would talk the way he wanted.

poof he was gone and whining about a one week ban on his account

it seems everybody who gets a ban has a friend, bro, etc that they are doing the complaining for (never for themselves)
